Justin is a partner of Peacock Law P.C. and registered patent attorney practicing all aspects of intellectual property and a broad array of commercial, technology and corporate transactions, including licensing, acquisitions, procurement, confidentiality, franchising and business formation. Justin’s broad experience in intellectual property, business law and litigation makes him valuable as an outside general counsel and as a trusted advisor to many entrepreneurs, inventors and creatives.

Justin came to Peacock Law after serving as an attorney judicial law clerk to Justice Charles Daniels of the New Mexico Supreme Court, where he assisted in resolving some of the State’s most complex legal issues. Justin’s physics educational background allows him to serve clients in a wide variety of fields of technology, including space, energy, mining, electrical grids, software, consumer products and dental. Justin is a lifelong classical Spanish guitarist (which he did semi-professionally for most his life) and can be found dancing tango or backpacking in a remote corner of the world with his wife.
