Daniel J. Berenger-Russell

Daniel is a Registered Patent Agent practicing all aspects of intellectual property and litigation. Daniel joined Peacock Law P.C. during his studies at the UNM School of Law. Before embarking on his legal career, Daniel researched dark matter during his undergraduate, helped build cube-satellites through an AFRL program, tutored math and physics, and even became a certified diamontologist. During law school, Daniel participated in the inaugural UNM team for the National Patent Application Drafting Competition and is a Manuscript Editor and Author for the New Mexico Law Review. Daniel is currently in his third year of law school and is on track to graduate in May of 2024.

Inspired by a family lineage of inventors and mechanics, Daniel earned undergraduate degrees in Physics and Applied Mathematics (double major B.S.), and now makes it his career to assist fellow inventors and entrepreneurs venture into the legal world.
